This unique and powerful Signature Coaching Package provides you with the structure, support and accountability so that your success is inevitable! Through working with Joanna 1-on-1, you will make your physical and mental health a priority allowing you to feel confident again so that you can powerfully engage and find a greater sense of fulfillment in life.

12 WEEKS OF 1-on-1 COACHING
Coaching, support and accountability so you can align with the healthiest, strongest, most resilient and fulfilled version of you and fully succeed. Sessions are held via telephone, Zoom/Skype or in person in Brockville and are 60-90 minutes in length.
UNIQUE STRUCTURE WITH POWERFUL RESULTS
This program is designed in a unique and holistic way in order to create massive transformation. That means your mindset AND your physical body get the TLC they deserve! We will incorporate both transformational coaching work (talk sessions) and transformational yoga/movement sessions. During the movement sessions, I will lead you (via online real-time video conferencing or in-person) through a movement practice suited to your physical health, your personal journey and in a way that is integrated with all of the work we are doing. Your physical and mental health are so intricately connected that we MUST address and utilize both to develop inner strength and resilience in order to feel calm and confident.
I will walk you through my signature methodology that I personally used to bring more ease and flow into my days, overcome anxiety, reduce and manage stress with confidence, overcome depression and create the health and life I truly desired. I know it works because I've been there!
CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZATION
While I have a signature system that gets women results, I also know you have a beautiful story that makes you unique. That’s why all of our sessions together are tailored and customized to you. We are constantly working to ensure that our plan aligns with your goals, needs, desires and lifestyle. Need a bit more movement one week? No problem. Feeling like you could use a more restorative and reflective session? I've got you covered!
INSPIRED WEEKLY ACTION PLAN
Together we will co-create enjoyable weekly action steps, ensuring you are not only committed to follow-through, but also stretch you to success. You will receive call recordings of each session so you can re-listen for inspiration, clarification and motivation.
MUST-HAVE HAND-OUTS AND RESOURCES
I will provide you with action guides (so you can engage and take notes to your heart’s content), hand-outs and/or resources that are curated and chosen specifically for you! You will be getting only the information you need for success and nothing to create overwhelm. You will also receive videos and resources to enhance your home movement practice and these will be chosen and/or created specifically for your needs and desires.
We all need a cheerleader in our corner! For the duration of your coaching support, you will be just one of a small handful of people who have direct access to me via my personal email and phone number. This ensures you’ll have my continued support, guidance and feedback for 3 full months.

I can totally relate to how you’re feeling. My whole life I’ve been a high-achieving perfectionist, trying to do everything right. I was really hard on myself. Failure wasn’t an option, no matter what the cost to my physical and mental health.
In late 2016, I found myself 5 years into my "dream" job…but I felt like my soul was being sucked out from inside me. As a front line police officer, I found pride in being a hard-worker, on going above and beyond and showing kindness, compassion and generosity while doing it. On the outside I was positive and willing to do anything; I was the go-to girl! But on the inside, I was dying. After so many years trying to keep myself together, I was completely burnt-out, stressed, and I had no energy left to speak of. I felt entirely depleted both emotionally and physically. The anxiety and depression I thought I had kept so well-hidden for many years, well….they didn’t stay so well-hidden anymore. I felt completely raw, like I had lost myself.
I got to the point where I no longer felt like I was living. I felt like I was just existing…surviving day-to-day. I knew something had to change. I dove head-first into really figuring out what it means to be well. I experimented, read books, took different trainings, talked to mentors, pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone which meant…actually taking care of and investing in myself! And, believe me, it wasn’t just a steady uphill learning curve. But, I ultimately discovered how to live my best, truest and most authentic life, with my best health to support me. I stepped into my personal POWER and discovered how I can be FREE!
I have been where you are. I know what it is like to be stressed, anxious and depressed. I know the feeling of having to be perfect and to keep it all together - to be the reliable and strong one for everyone around you. Q: What is the process to enrol?
A: First, you will book a Breakthrough Session here. From there, you and I will jump on the phone (or meet in person) and get to know each other. We will discover together what your goals are, what’s currently stopping you from achieving them and if my coaching program would be a good fit for you. Once we decide together that coaching together is the best option, we will process payment and you will receive a welcome package from me. Then, we get right to it! We can usually dive into our 1-on-1 coaching within the next few weeks.
Q: How will I know this is right for me?
A: The 1-on-1 coaching program is right for you if:
You are ready for a big shift in your life
You are struggling with weight loss and/or confidence

Q: What is the investment in 1-on-1 coaching?
A: The investment in a 1-on-1 Coaching Intensive ranges from $1500 - $5000, with payment plans available upon request. This is a tremendously value packed investment and won't stay at these rates for long. But, I am so passionate about supporting motivated, ambitious women that I wanted to make this an easy "YES!!" for you.
Q: Am I worth the investment?
This was huge for me at first too! The first time I considered a 5-figure investment (gulp!) in coaching, worthiness was a giant hurdle. But, by taking the leap and trusting myself, I was creating the evidence of my own worthiness.
You are enough! You are worthy of whatever is in your heart. You're meant to allow your heart to guide you and if you haven’t been successful with health related endeavours so far, it does not define you. You are capable & highly competent of creating a life of ease, flow and balance unhindered by weight, stress, anxiety and depression. You are absolutely able to engage fully and powerfully in your relationships and have a greater sense of fulfillment in your life. You're so worthy of whatever you truly desire in your heart.
Q: What if it's not the right time to do this?
First of all, there's no such thing as the perfect time. The time to turn your dreams into reality is NOW. When I started really shifting things in my health, I was busy, overwhelmed and depressed. But because I really wanted the outcome, I decided to make a priority.
Secondly, I'd actually like you to consider flipping that question around: Do I really have time to wait to feel fulfilled and live the life of my dreams? Of course not. And you don't need to. The roadmap I give you in Calm + Confident is designed to SAVE you all the time and frustration as you create the health and lifestyle you want. This solution is 3 months, and then you're off to the races. And, you get to keep the material and learnings FOREVER. So, yes - you've got time!
Finally, in some circumstances, it really isn't the right time for an investment of this nature. And that's ok. Be really honest with yourself about whether or not it truly is a time issue, or if it's a little bit fear stepping in to keep you safe and comfortable.
