Wouldn’t You Rather Hang Out with Your Llama?

I recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon with a friend, her dogs and her llama -you read that right…her llama - on her beautiful, country property. We enjoyed lunch together, a walk through the fields AND we figured out some technology. You see, my friend is an extremely talented artist, enjoys crafting and creating flower arrangements. But she, like everyone else, requires her computer to share her work, communicate with others, watch the occasional Netflix show and get some of the day-to-day “stuff” done (anybody else have to pay bills and update accounts?).

But she was running into roadblocks because her tech savvy wasn’t quite where she wanted it to be. It was holding her back from receiving some of the benefits of being able to operate in an online world. So, we spent about an hour clearing things up on her computer and I showed her how to do a few things that will potentially make things a little easier and perhaps even more enjoyable.

I was SO glad to be able to help, because just an hour of my time likely saved her countless hours of frustration and potential missed opportunities. Not only that, but instead of sitting down and trying to figure it out on her own, she got back hours of time she can now spend doing the things she actually loves…art, crafting, collecting flowers and hanging out with her llama.

I’m not saying I’m an expert with technology (FAR from it). The point really has little to do with technology. It simply got me thinking about you! How much time are you spending trying to figure out how to get from where you are to where you want to be with your health and life goals? Are you taking the “trial and error” approach? Are you wasting your precious time, energy and resources doing it on your own? Are you creating MORE stress trying to figure out how to reduce stress? Are you compounding your lack of energy by using your energy trying to figure out where to start?

The very first thing people think of when investing in a coach or trainer is, “How much is this going to cost?”

But, I believe the better question is:

What is it costing me by NOT investing in MYSELF through the support of a coach or trainer?

Is it costing you time? Energy? Relationships? Opportunities? Your career? Health and longevity? Your enjoyment of life?

My job is to support incredible women like you to take the fast track to your best physical and mental health in order to engage fully in relationships, your career and your life. I eliminate the trial-and-error, frustration and wasted time. Instead, I provide structure, accountability and the support you need to succeed.

You do not need to waste your un-renewable resource of time trying to figure it out on your own. Wouldn’t you rather be powerfully engaged in your fulfilling life, doing the things you love to do?

Like hanging out with your “llama.”
