Joanna is a fun-loving health, nutrition, fitness and wellness enthusiast.
While working in several different careers through my 20s and early 30s, I have always been contagiously enthusiastic about movement, nutrition and general health.
After years of passionate research on nutrition, fitness, optimal performance and health, I’ve realized that it’s time to turn my passion into practical knowledge for the real world - skills that you can use in your everyday life that help you sleep better, reduce stress, gain energy and lose weight!
I am currently completing my Diploma of Holistic Nutrition through Edison Institute of Nutrition and will have completed my Health Coach Certification through the Health Coach Institute in April of 2017.
Here's a bit about me in a nutshell: I love dogs (especially Sadie). I love walking, riding my bike and moving in general. I love to laugh. I love music (shout out to piano players everywhere!). I love my family. I just love people. Which is why I do what I do. I am passionate about supporting people on their journey to better health and helping them find the life they've always dreamt of along the way.
