J has dimentia. He began filling his whole sheet with yellow paint and then he filled the sheet with green designs. At one point, he said "What am I doing?" It was as if a part of him was communicating that he could not relate to.

L also has dimentia. As she painted she talked about how she was going to Hawaii next week and she showed me that she was painting Hawaii - it really looks like Hawaii if you look up close...
V did 4 pieces today - she kept saying that she wanted to stop, but we would say "well, you can stop, but I am just going to put this here in case you change your mind, and then she would start painting again - and she would laugh!
